Battery on office door needs replaced. Door doesn\'t lock. The door handle jiggles on both sides. Key Steve gave me at installation worked at the time but now it doesn\'t. Not sure why. |

AC not working. Earlier this week and last week it\'s been 84+ degrees and today it\'s 79 degrees and hot. Customers are complaining about the heat as well. Someone came out a few months back and said the compressor was having issues. At that time it was the unit on the right, but now it\'s the unit on the left having issues. It started working again but needs looked at please. |

Need to schedule replacing air filters. (We have two new filters here size 20x25x2 and one that\'s 19.5x21.5x2) Vents, fans, ceiling lights and overhead air vents need to be vacuumed off & cleaned as well as the ones in both restrooms. Will need to bring tallest ladder as we don\'t have one here on site. Thank you Dayan. |
